A very desirable timepiece made for the European market during the WWII era! This is a vintage Zenith mechanical wristwatch dated from 1940.
 
It is a manual-wind watch with an original Zenith movement caliber Zenith 8 3/4'''F, 15 jewels, sub-second.
 
Still in good condition, the original and elegant gold dial with gold Arabic Numerals applied, railroad minute track and gold matching hands. The sub-second is located at 6 o’clock and the dial is signed with the Zenith name.
 
Also signed with the Zenith name and logo, the 22x30.7mm rectangle tank case and solid lug design, all in yellow gold filled. Glass crystal.
 
This wristwatch comes on a vintage black alligator (showing some use) two-piece leather strap.

This watch is in good condition! Runs very well and keep great time!

This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
